Welcome to F & F Impact Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using our website, submitting a donation, registering for programs, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, along with our Privacy Policy and Fulfillment Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or participate in our programs.

2. Purpose of the Foundation

F & F Impact Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating lasting impact through education, empowerment, and community development.
We support programs that strengthen families, expand opportunities, and foster sustainable growth through workshops, mentorship, and small-business development initiatives.

Use of this website or participation in our activities must align with our mission and values.

3. Eligibility

By using our website or engaging with our programs, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

  • You are providing truthful and accurate information.

  • You will use the Foundation’s website and services for lawful, noncommercial, and ethical purposes only.

4. Donations and Contributions

a. Voluntary Donations

All contributions made to F & F Impact Foundation, Inc. are voluntary and non-refundable unless made in error (see Section 8).
Your donation helps fund community empowerment workshops, youth mentorship, and small-business development programs.

b. Tax-Deductible Status

As a registered nonprofit organization, eligible donations may qualify as tax-deductible in accordance with U.S. law.
Donors should consult a qualified tax professional for individual guidance.

c. Payment Processing

Payments and donations are securely processed through verified third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
The Foundation does not store full credit-card details.

5. Program Participation

Participation in Foundation programs, workshops, or mentorship sessions is subject to registration approval and space availability.
Participants agree to:

  • Provide accurate information on registration forms.

  • Abide by all program guidelines, community standards, and safety rules.

  • Use materials and resources provided only for personal, educational, or nonprofit purposes.

The Foundation reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel programs as needed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All website content, program materials, and publications—including text, graphics, logos, and educational resources—are the property of F & F Impact Foundation, Inc. or its authorized partners.
Materials may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

You may share or reference our content for awareness and nonprofit collaboration, provided credit is given to the Foundation.

All personal information collected by the Foundation is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the charitable nature of our operations, donations are non-refundable once processed.
Exceptions may be made only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate donation or transaction error

  • Incorrect donation amount due to processing issue

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@ffimpactfoundation.org within 7 days of the transaction date.

Program fees (if applicable) are refundable only in accordance with the Fulfillment Policy.

All information and materials provided by F & F Impact Foundation, Inc. are for educational and charitable purposes only.
The Foundation makes no guarantees regarding program outcomes, employment opportunities, or business success resulting from participation.
All content is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that all website information will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, F & F Impact Foundation, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from website use, donations, or participation in programs.

  • Any loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

  • Total liability exceeding the amount of your donation or program fee, if applicable.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless F & F Impact Foundation, Inc., its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your:

  • Violation of these Terms;

  • Misuse of the website or program materials; or

  • Breach of applicable laws or third-party rights.

12. Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access or program participation at any time for violations of these Terms, unethical behavior, or misuse of Foundation resources.
Termination does not affect obligations regarding confidentiality or any outstanding payments.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall first be addressed through informal resolution; if unresolved, they shall proceed to mediation or arbitration in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

14. Updates to Terms

The Foundation may modify these Terms periodically to reflect legal or operational changes.
All updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
Continued use of our website or participation in programs constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
