1. Purpose of This Policy
At F & F Impact Foundation, Inc., we are committed to transparency and integrity in all our operations.
This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we handle program registrations, donations, event participation, and service delivery to ensure a clear and consistent experience for our supporters, donors, and participants.
2. Services and Programs Covered
This policy applies to all services and initiatives offered by F & F Impact Foundation, Inc., including but not limited to:

Community Empowerment Workshops – $75 per participant

Youth Mentorship & Education Program – $100 per student (per session)

Small Business Development Support – $150 per session
Each program or service is designed to advance our mission of creating lasting impact through education, empowerment, and community development.
3. Registration and Confirmation
a. Program Registration

Participants can register online through our official website at http://ffimpactfoundation.org or by contacting us directly via email or phone.

Once payment or donation is received, you will receive an email confirmation containing program details, schedule, and participation instructions.
b. Donation Acknowledgment

Donors will receive an official acknowledgment receipt via email within 24–48 hours after the donation is processed.

This receipt may be used for tax purposes in accordance with IRS nonprofit regulations.
4. Delivery of Services

Workshops and training sessions are delivered in-person or virtually, depending on the specific program.

Mentorship and educational programs are provided on a scheduled basis, typically through organized sessions led by qualified mentors and instructors.

Consulting and small business support sessions are conducted by appointment or scheduled training events.
All programs and events are delivered according to published schedules and communicated directly to registered participants.
5. Timing of Fulfillment

Program or service fulfillment typically occurs on the scheduled session date after registration and payment confirmation.

For virtual sessions, access details (Zoom link or platform instructions) are sent at least 24 hours before the session.

In-person program participants will receive venue details, start times, and check-in instructions via email or text.
6. Donations and Contributions
Donations made to F & F Impact Foundation, Inc. are used to fund educational, community, and empowerment initiatives.
As a registered nonprofit, all donations are non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate transactions or processing errors (see Section 7).
7. Refunds and Cancellations
a. Program Registrations

Participants may cancel their registration up to 72 hours before the scheduled program for a full refund or credit toward a future session.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the program are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled under special circumstances.
b. Donations

All donations are considered final and non-refundable, unless a clear processing error occurred (e.g., duplicate charge or incorrect amount).

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction via email to info@ffimpactfoundation.org.
c. Cancellations by the Foundation

If a program or event is canceled by F & F Impact Foundation, Inc., participants will be notified promptly.

You may choose to reschedule, receive credit, or request a full refund of your payment.
