1. Purpose

This Donation & Refund Policy outlines how F & F Impact Foundation, Inc. (“Foundation,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles donations and refund requests in order to maintain transparency, donor trust, and accountability.

As a registered nonprofit organization, all donations directly support our mission —
“To create lasting impact by supporting programs that build stronger families, thriving communities, and generational progress.”

2. Donations and Contributions

a. Voluntary Giving

All contributions made to F & F Impact Foundation, Inc. are voluntary and final.
Your donation helps fund initiatives such as:

  • Community Empowerment Workshops

  • Youth Mentorship & Education Programs

  • Small Business Development Support

  • Local outreach and family assistance programs

b. Payment Methods

We accept donations through secure payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or other verified gateways).
Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and authorized online payment links.

Your payment information is handled securely by our payment processor — we do not store or have access to full card or banking details.

c. Donation Confirmation

Upon successful donation, you will receive an automated email confirmation and receipt.
This receipt serves as proof of your contribution and may be used for tax deduction purposes, as allowed by law.

3. Use of Funds

Donations are used to support the Foundation’s charitable programs, operational sustainability, and community outreach efforts.
Funds may be allocated across multiple initiatives to ensure maximum impact and efficiency.

The Foundation reserves the right to reallocate funds as necessary to respond to changing community needs or emergencies in line with its mission.

4. Recurring Donations

Supporters may choose to make one-time or recurring donations through our website or official fundraising channels.

  • Recurring donations will be charged automatically according to the selected frequency (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  • Donors may update or cancel recurring donations at any time by contacting info@ffimpactfoundation.org.

  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days before the next scheduled payment date to prevent additional charges.

5. Refund Policy

As a nonprofit organization, we rely on the generosity of donors to sustain our programs.
Therefore, donations are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

a. Duplicate Transactions

If a donor accidentally makes a duplicate donation, we will issue a refund for the duplicate amount.

b. Transaction Error

If an error occurs due to a technical malfunction, processing issue, or incorrect amount charged, we will promptly investigate and issue a correction or refund.

c. Unauthorized Payment

If a donation was made fraudulently or without the donor’s consent, please contact us immediately.
Upon verification, we will work with the payment processor to reverse or refund the transaction.

6. Refund Request Procedure

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

7. Non-Refundable Contributions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Donations made more than 7 days prior to request

  • Designated gifts already allocated or disbursed to programs

  • In-kind donations or event sponsorships

  • Matching donations submitted through third-party platforms

8. Cancellation of Pledges or Commitments

If you have pledged a future donation or recurring contribution but wish to cancel it, please notify us at info@ffimpactfoundation.org.
Cancellations are effective immediately upon confirmation unless processing for the next billing cycle has already begun.

9. Security of Donations

We take data protection seriously.
All donation transactions are processed over secure SSL-encrypted connections and handled by PCI-compliant payment processors.
Personal information is used solely for donation records, receipts, and internal reporting, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
